Mike Mutschler - President and CEO
Mr. Mutschler serves as our President and CEO. He created the original company, Mutschler Enterprises, in 1991 which he has transformed into RCS keeping the original philosophy that in order to best serve our clients, we must fully understand their needs and supply solutions that exactly fit those needs. His vision is for RCS to earn the right to be his client’s business partner and consultant for life. He will continue to focus on account development, strategic relationships, employee development, sales management, and product development. Mike is an accomplished engineer, programmer, MCSE NT, and he has a B.S. degree in Physics from Cal Poly, Pomona and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Tim Coates - Vice President
Mr. Coates heads up the education division of RCS. Tim has combined his love of the education profession and his extensive understanding of technology in leading programs in schools since graduating from Cal Poly Pomona in 1992. His involvement in education and technology started much earlier when helping his father set up one of the first computers ever brought into a public high school in the late 70’s. In addition to Tim’s years of experience in the classroom and as an administrator, more than three quarters of his family are educators encompassing kindergarten through college which has given Tim a deep understanding of education and how schools function. Most education technology specialists are “techies” that happen to work in the education industry. Tim is an education specialist that has a great understanding of technology and its’ role in schools.
Matthew Perry - Chief Operation Officer
Mr. Perry was the first employee Mike Mutschler ever hired. He started as an entry level technician then worked his way up to engineer and a Microsoft Dot Net programmer. His ability to work with clients and to communicate the best solutions for their specific needs allowed him to become the trusted advisor for dozens of clients. He has been able to use his abilities to train others to address client needs in the most effective manner possible. He took the title of Chief Operations Officer in 2012 and his job is to oversee the execution of all projects and daily support functions across the entire company.
Dino Conte - Client Manager
Mr. Conte started with the company in 2009 during a time of change and was able to adapt and grow with the company since the first day. In 2010 he acquired a BS in Computer Engineering. He has been able to use his knowledge to help customers turn their day to day tasks from a burden into tools that free up time. His personality helps customers feel comfortable asking technical questions and that in turn helps Dino understand what the customer is trying to achieve. Understanding his client’s needs from a business perspective is what sets Dino apart from his competition. This year, Dino is focused on developing further relationships with his existing customers to better understand their needs and how to best address those needs with computer technology.
Jack Hipp - Project Manager
Mr. Hipp is a successful senior information technology manager equipped with an extensive career history, broad knowledge and hands-on experience in long-range IT infrastructure planning and oversight, governance policy development, project management and team leadership. He has an accomplished record of encouraging, initiating, and guiding valuable technology initiatives that effect positive change. By combining strategic vision and strong leadership with a dedication to innovative problem solving, he continually facilitates achievement of targeted objectives and ensure budget-alignment with performance-enhancing project outcomes. Furthermore, he is a collaborative manager proficient in engaging, unifying, and building consensus across multiple departments for attainment of common goals. Jack holds both a B.S. in Computer Science and a M.S. in Management Information System from National University.
Jay Kilgore - Help Desk Lead
Mr. Kilgore joined the RCS team early 2016. Jay has spent the last 25 years working in Customer Service. Due to his commitment to detail and unwavering commitment to client needs, Jay has always been promoted to positions of leadership. Jay started working with RCS in 2016 and is our Jack of all trades. Customer Service, new hire training and call escalations, there isn’t a job Jay refuses to do. Jays job is to manage the help desk and make sure all client needs are met.
Candice Allen - Web Developer
Ms. Allen became a member of the RCS team early 2017. Candice is a graduate from Point Loma Nazarene University and holds a B.S. in Graphic Design. With her strategic thinking and organizational skills Candice is able to acclimate to the needs of clients and provide clean and modern designs for their company's. Candice's job is to create and bring to life the websites clients need in order to have an online presence in this modern age. With her intuitive sense of design and efficiency there is no task too big or small for this young designer to handle.
