RCS provides 24/7 monitoring of all critical network elements for our clients that select the Managed Services Program.  We use "best of breed" tools and human attention to make sure that we know about problems or even potential problems before you do and act to make sure they don't cause you expensive down time. 

Our monitoring technology actually takes a snapshot of the health of your server every 5 minutes and sends that snapshot to a secure facility for recording and evaluation.  None of your data is ever accessible by our monitoring systems and all the information that is transferred is encrypted and secure.  You can rest easy in the knowledge that our experienced professional staff will do everything possible to reduce any disruption in the availability of your IT systems.
