Often, as a first repsonse, it is extremely efficient to investigate computer problems remotely.  RCS has the tools and expertise to know what problems can be solved remotely and what problems should be solved on-site.  In some cases, it is even beneficial to handle an emergency remotely to keep you and your staff working efficiently and then schedule an on-site visit to take care of the bigger issue.  Remote assistance can provide a short term fix to a long term problem.

However, in our experience, there is no substitute for human interaction.  When RCS engineers are on-site, they discover inefficiencies and possible problems before they become bigger issues.  That is a proactive approach to helping you get the most out of your IT investment.
