By sending two of our employees to this incredible networking opportunity, RCS continues to expand it’s knowledge through product training and hearing from featured speakers such as former US president Bill Clinton, CEO founders Peter Sheahan, and Mark Cattini.
Taking away valuable experiences and new information such as to best practices for finance, human resource, and even product training for our technicians and service desk managers we can perform even better for our clients and future customers. RCS is always seeking new opportunities and chances to expand our skills and knowledge in special events like this one from Autotask. Managed Service Providers, or MSPs, have an important duty to not only the clients but to their partners as well to not only keep up to date on new trends and services but also to keep up with the every evolving technology and methods for handling the technology. By always looking for ways to improve and enhance user experience Autotask works similarly to RCS by focusing on the customer first and what their needs are before our their own.
