On behalf of the St. Lucy’s High School Golf Committee, I thank you for the terrific job your company did in creating our new website. There were certainly many impressive aspects of partnering with RCS. We had no experience with designing, hosting or anything else that goes to putting out a website, we just knew we needed something to get our project out to the masses. Resource Computer Solutions came to the rescue.
First of all, you gave us Mr. Bobby Gibson. Listening to our “wants” he helped us prioritize to keep within our budget. You never tried to sell us more than we needed or could afford. In some instances, suggestions were offered that would reduce our costs. For that, we are grateful.
It was a pleasure to team up with RCS as you were always an email or phone call away. With as many revisions as we had, you completed this project in a relatively short period of time with the most courteous, professional and honest responses to our issues.
In closing I would like to personally express my appreciation to RCS and Bobby for the personal attention I received. Calls or emails were always returned within minutes or at most a couple of hours. There was always a solution to a problem. This comes from knowing your product as well as truly teaming up with your client. That is evident at RCS and its staff.
